Delivery and shipping

The shipping costs are a flat rate of EUR 4.90 and generally apply to every delivery if the order value is less than EUR 50.00. We deliver free shipping for orders over EUR 50.00!

Delivery time?

The delivery time is usually 2-5 working days. Only in a few exceptions does delivery take a little longer. You can see the exact delivery time in the respective product, in the shopping cart and in your order confirmation.

Will I be informed about delivery?

Yes, as soon as your package is on the way, you will receive a notification from us with a DHL tracking code. You can use this to track your shipment.

Can my billing address also differ from my delivery address?

That is absolutely no problem. Simply enter the relevant addresses for the billing address and delivery address during the ordering process.
