Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without stating a reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

via a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) regarding your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the end of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
The refund will be processed without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise explicitly agreed. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any depreciation in the goods’ value if the deterioration results from handling beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functionality.

End of the Withdrawal Policy
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- For perishable goods or products that have a short expiration date.
- For sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.
- For goods that, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Return Guidelines (Voluntary Recommendations)
- Avoid damage or contamination. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary.
- If you no longer have the original packaging, ensure adequate protection to prevent transport damage.
- Following these recommendations is not a requirement for exercising your legal right of withdrawal.
